What this website collects, and what it doesn’t.
What this site collects
Nothing you type into it: the site has no forms, accounts or comments. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tags, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers while you browse.
What the host sees
Like any website, its host receives standard request details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Pier 46 doesn’t use these details to identify you.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to other companies’ sites, which have their own privacy policies:
- “Order online” opens Toast, which takes online orders for pickup.
- Directions open Google Maps or Apple Maps.
- Instagram, Facebook and X links open Pier 46’s pages there.
- “Watch what’s fresh” opens Pier 46’s video on YouTube.
- Supplier names on the market page open those companies’ sites.
If you call or email
Pier 46 uses your name, number or email only to answer you. It doesn’t sell or share your information.
Do Not Track
The site doesn’t track you over time or across other sites, and no other company collects personal information through it, so a browser’s Do Not Track setting changes nothing.
